Drive inter-departmental collaboration, ensuring seamless communication between design, procurement, and construction teams. Mentor and guide project managers, fostering a culture of operational excellence. Stakeholder Engagement:

Cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring their vision is translated accurately on the ground. Collaborate with regulatory bodies, ensuring all projects are compliant with local construction standards and regulations. Budget Management:

Oversee project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost savings. Collaborate with finance teams to align project strategies with company financial objectives. Safety & Compliance:

Prioritize safety on all construction sites, ensuring strict adherence to global safety standards. Regularly review and refine safety protocols, ensuring a zero-incident work environment. Qualifications & Experience:

A Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. 15+ years in the construction industry, with significant experience in leading large-scale projects. Demonstrated expertise in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Deep knowledge of construction methodologies and industry best practices.
