We at UKBIT Solutions are looking for Infrastructure Support Consultant with an experience of around 4+ years.

Job Title : Infrastructure Support Consultant Experience: 4+ years Work location: Onsite(Oman) Work timing: Oman timings

: Coordinate, install, maintain, support and configure designated components of OMIFCO's network infrastructure. provide desktop support across OMIFCO in accordance with approved IT policies and procedures Install, configure and troubleshoot local area computer networks and associated assemblies throughout OMIFCO. Provide the services to end user that recorded in IT helpdesk system. Performing root causes analysis for any problem and provide permanent solution. Use the IT Service Management Tool to document and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumvention's. Route problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff. Setup of new users including, hardware imaging, credentials and security, workstation peripherals. Perform preventative maintenance work on all Service Desk related assets including systems and software Prepare knowledge articles for known errors and problem solutions.
