Assisting in the generation of Procurement MTOs # Consolidating, Preparing, and Finalizing Procurement MTOs considering Procurement, Fabrication Allowances & releasing of Procurement MTOs to buyers through MOSS for procurement action. # Arranging SAP Code, PR of items based upon Project WBS & HSN Code. # Optimization of Procurement MTOs & Cost Saving. # Liaison with Civil, HVAC, E&I, Mechanical, Piping, and Structural disciplines for Engineering Documents, Drawings, MTOs etc. # Liaison with Yards, Loadout, Installation, SCM, QA, and F&A Departments as & when required. # Liaison with buyers for timely PO release in SAP. # Review of LOIs / POs Item details, quantity, and specification with respect to Procurement MTOs & seek clarification from the concerned Buyer / Engineer in case of any query/mismatch. # Participating in a feasibility study on utilization of Surplus Material from Previous Projects. # Assisting in surplus material transfer from past Projects to present Projects in SAP. # Liaison with Buyer / QA / Logistics / Exim Personnel for Material Readiness, Inspection, Delivery, and Custom Clearance Status. # Preparing & publishing Material Control Chart on a weekly basis not limited to capturing Procurement MTO Item details, ordering, manufacturing, inspection, readiness, dispatch details & updating status from vendor to consignee place. # Planning, Monitoring, and Controlling of Material Requirement at Yard.

*Job Locations: Oman, Site Based.

*Qualification: BSc/ BE / BTech Mechanical

*Experience: 08 to 10 Years

Salary: As per company standard.
