Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Accounting and Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures and demonstrate exceptional skills in QuickBooks. The successful applicant will manage all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance to ensure the company’s financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and Counsel.

Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.

Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax reporting requirements.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to the management team for decision-making.


Oversee the audit process and liaise with external auditors.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and finance management.

Full knowledge of QuickBooks is mandatory.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Experience with tax regulations and compliance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

CPA, CMA, or relevant professional certification.

Experience in managing a team.
