IRC221862 - CONTRACT ENGINEER At Eni, we are looking for a Contract Engineer within Eni Oman in Mascate, Oman. You will be responsible for leading the contract award process and prepare all the necessary documentation under the supervision of the management; You will be liaising with internal Clients, and Suppliers; To respect the Company's standards and practices to comply with the Company's Control systems.

As a member of the procurement team at Eni Oman you will be responsible for: Receiving internal Requisition; Analysing the requests and, accordingly, prepare the appropriate strategy, to be approved by the management, in order to meet the requirements, including: Selecting of subitale Bidders; Selecting of appropriate Contractual Standards Carrying out due diligence on Suppliers Issuing to the bidder(s) the Tender documentation Act as focal point for the receipt and management of their queries Receiving the Bidders proposals Organizing the opening committees for technical and commercial bid openings Ensuring, under the supervision of the management, that the requesting unit provides an adequate technical evaluation of the proposals, if and when applicable Preparing the economic evaluation of the bid for the approval Negotiating under supervision of management (with the selected Supplier) prices, terms and conditions Preparing the contract documentation and award recommendation for the approval Ensuring correct distribution of contracts to supplier and internal functions; Ensuring proper archiving and storage of all tender and contractual documentation

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements: Strong academicals background Accredited University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar. Master preferable. Oil & gas Industry experience contracting experience Excellent oral and written English. Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
