: Customize Oracle HCM software to meet the specific needs and requirements of Company Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM software and related systems Assist with the design and development of custom reports and interfaces for Oracle HCM Assist with the testing and deployment of Oracle HCM software updates and patches Provide training and documentation for Oracle HCM software and related systems as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all Oracle HCM software and related systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing requirements and priorities
