We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Clinic Manager.

The Aesthetic Clinic Manager will oversee the operations and hygiene standard of the clinic. He / She will manage every aspect of the daily operation ensuring the highest quality of service is provided for clients, while driving 100% compliance on Clinic SOP and Ministry of Health standards.

Responsibilities

Supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting services and ensuring updated records of expenses and revenues.

Participates in the development, review, revision, and implementation of the Clinic goals, objectives, policies, protocols, and procedures to carry out the delivery of services.

Responsible for overall inventories like review the stock reorder level, Order products and consumables, stock replenishment, stock expiry date and off-shelf/ discard of expiry products.

Requirements

Shall hold a Baccalaureate and/or master's degree in healthcare administration, medical services administration, or a similar field. Experience in the healthcare industry either as a Registered Nurse or in a similar medical administrative role.

Minimum 6 years of supervisory experience in a similar field.

Knowledge of medical terminology, clinic routines, procedures, equipment, and facilities.

Knowledge of computer systems used in medical care, e.g., electronic health record, telemedicine/telehealth, databases.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Arabic & English is a must.

Willingness to be assigned in Oman.
