Responsibilities

Job purpose:To represent WFT/PPS at customer office, consolidate all information regarding rigs activity, customer needs and requirements. Communicate all information in a timely manner to Technical Manager/Operations Manager. Engage in the operation planning with Operations Coordinators and communicate to the customer our equipment schedule planning. Follow up on opportunities of new jobs and new rigs assignment assessing the risk/opportunity to gather more jobs without compromising service quality.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

+ Maintain a direct line of communication with the Customer, gathering all the information required to prepare the cementing and stimulation job procedures and laboratory tests.

+ Be proficient Technically to provide recommendations to customer regarding solution to their well design problems, make the right recommendations related to cementing and stimulation preparation and execution.

+ Be a liaison between Customer Field Operations and Product Line Operations to ensure a right coordination of personnel, equipment, and materials to avoid any non-productive time on the field and increase efficiency of equipment and personnel utilization on field operations.

+ To keep a tracking of all consumption materials, all operations performed, keep a track of all operational hours and jobs performed for the customer including all technical and relevant data that will allow Customer and Weatherford to improve performance over time.

+ Keep an up-to-date inventory of materials that include the lead time and source of materials that will allow Customer to make an order request to avoid shortage of chemicals in the cementing operations.

+ Maintain a direct communication and support Laboratory personnel to evaluate ways to improve lab tests performance and propose recipes that will ultimately reduce cost for the Customer and provide better cementing results.

+ Provide to Customer the Cementing or Stimulation Program Recommendation containing all the best practices for the operation and providing the job procedure to accomplish well/sections objectives as per Drilling Program/Intervention Program provided by Customer.

+ Data gathering to support Client Quality meetings as NPT report from Customer and any other relevant information that will help Customer and Weatherford to provide a better cementing operation and well delivery in general.

+ Assist to the field operations for critical opportunities or works that are aligned with Pressure Pumping Global Strategy.

Accountability and Authority

+ Complains from customer regarding service quality and/or operations delay.

+ Any service quality problem or delay on operations consequence of miscommunication or lack of operations follow up.

+ Stimulation and Cementing Engineer has the authority to stop operation that can compromise our people, equipment, or reputation in front of the customer.

Qualifications

The Engineer must have experience performing stimulation and cementing operations at the field, must be knowledgeable of most types of cementing and stimulation operations, must have experience with operations tracking, meeting and planning for resources.
