Honey Production Specialist
This role involves managing our apiary operations, starting with 60 hives and expanding to 250. Key tasks include introducing new queens, maintaining healthy hives, and ensuring adequate food and water supply during peak seasons. Specialized honey production focuses on Sidr honey for three months and multifloral honey for the remainder, contributing to our product diversity. Regular honey testing within our on-site laboratory ensures consistent quality control.
