BASIC ACCOUNTINGKNOWLEDGE ABOUT - VAT, data entering, Invoicing & DO makingCollaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders.Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.Manage payroll activities and release salaries.Continuous follow up for the pending payments.Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.Payment processing and follow upsMaintenance of sales invoices and reportsCoordinating with sales team and assist in complete quotationUtilization of accounting softwarePreparation of reports on debtors and creditorsCompletion of quarterly VAT returnsMaintaining all necessary records including invoices, expenses, payments and transactionsManagement of ledgersAccruals & prepaymentsCandidates with ODOO experience are highly preferredMINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE, AVAILABLE IN MUSCATOnly Females can apply
