Job Summary: Perform massages on clients, maintain a clean work area, and provide excellent service in a spa environment.

Perform various types of massages on clients, including Swedish, hot stone, deep-tissue, Shiatsu, sports, and prenatal massages. Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor while providing spa treatments to guests.

**Responsibilities:**

• Understand and comply with corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
• Comply with MOH Code of Conduct and ensure all business activities meet legal requirements.
• Support learning and development activities.
• Follow standards of LQE and Forbes consistently.
• Safeguard stored information and maintain confidentiality.
• Comply with the MOHG Social Media Policy.
• Act as a hotel ambassador at all times.
• Carry out additional duties requested by management.
• Follow Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs) as taught by Spa Treatments Manager.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and hygienic work area.
• Ensure a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa.
• Assist in the operations of the spa & wellness department as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in spa treatment rooms.
• Assist in and perform various demonstrations and events.
• Perform all treatments to a high standard.
