About the Job

This role involves diagnosing and repairing hardware issues in mobile devices such as screens, batteries, and buttons, as well as replacing essential parts and providing regular maintenance to ensure optimal device performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair hardware issues such as broken screens, damaged batteries, and faulty buttons
  • Replace essential parts like screens, cameras, and batteries
  • Update and install operating systems and applications
  • Fix network and connectivity issues
  • Recover deleted or lost data
  • Diagnose and repair hardware issues including processors and memory
  • Install and update operating systems and software
  • Repair and maintain motherboards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in mobile phone repair
  • In-depth knowledge of various operating systems such as iOS, Android, Windows
  • Diagnostic skills using specialized diagnostic tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills with customers to provide explanations and technical advice

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certificate in Information Technology, Hardware Maintenance, Electronics, or a related field
  • At least two years of practical experience in mobile phone repair

Skills:

  • Excellent diagnostic and repair skills
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and quickly
  • Familiarity with modern technologies and advancements in the field of electronics and devices
