Position:
Restaurant Storekeeper & Cleaning Staff Needed
We are currently seeking a dedicated Restaurant Storekeeper and a Cleaning Staff member to join our team.

Restaurant Storekeeper:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the inventory levels of all restaurant supplies, ensuring they are stocked and orderly.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to forecast needs and place orders accordingly.
  • Receive and check deliveries for accuracy, quality, and condition.
  • Keep accurate records for invoicing and stock control.
  • Implement and maintain hygiene and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a storekeeper, specifically in restaurant or hospitality settings.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory software and data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Cleaning Staff:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all areas of the restaurant including the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exteriors are clean, sanitary, and wellmaintained.
  • Handle regular cleaning tasks as well as deep cleaning projects.
  • Restock necessary items (e.g., soap, paper towels) in restrooms and dining areas.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical condition and stamina to perform tasks.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
