Associate - IP - Oman

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on trademark, copyright, brand protection, and IP portfolio matters.
• Support trademark filings, renewals, oppositions, and enforcement actions.
• Draft and review IP‑related agreements, correspondence, and legal advice.
• Conduct legal research on IP laws and regulatory developments in Oman.
• Liaise with clients, agents, authorities, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Legal qualification with experience or strong interest in intellectual property law.
• Experience with trademarks, brand protection, or IP enforcement preferred.
• Strong drafting, research, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work with local and international clients.
• Arabic and English capability would be advantageous.
