We are seeking a dedicated Head of SAP-ERP to join the family to be part of our success.
Responsibilities;
- Develop and lead the SAP strategy in alignment with the organization's digital transformation roadmap. Advise executive leadership on SAP solutions and innovations. Drive SAP S/4HANA migration or digital core transformation initiatives (if applicable).
- Manage and implement operational excellence to ensure the department operates at optimal levels, achieving both short-term and long-term business goals. Ensure that the business has appropriate processes and systems to monitor and control its operations effectively.
- Establish and implement department policies, processes, and controls in compliance with corporate policies, the Manual of Authority, local authorities' requirements, and international standards.
- Lead the preparation of department budgets and monitor financial status versus the budget to ensure proper control.
- Lead the selection, implementation, upgrade, and integration of ERP solutions to support core business functions. Collaborate with key departments to streamline and digitize business processes.
- Implement cost-effective digital and automation solutions that drive operational efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and deliver a competitive advantage to the business.
- Leverage advanced technologies such as Big Data, Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI to enhance ERP capabilities.
- Work closely with contractor companies and other business partners and stakeholders to build strategic and mutually beneficial relationships and to resolve disputes in the interests of the organization.
- Collaborate with business units (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, etc.) to understand requirements and deliver value. Ensure continuous process improvements and user satisfaction.
- Oversee SAP modules, including but not limited to: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, HCM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and SAP Analytics Cloud. Ensure system integrity, performance, and compliance with cybersecurity and data governancestandards.
- Establish and maintain an effective organizational structure, workforce, and management capability to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and implement staff performance management, staff engagements, leadership development, learning & development, and competency management to ensure the department has an appropriate performance culture, an excellent working environment, and future leaders to meet business growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in SAP leadership roles within large-scale enterprises.
- Proven track record managing multi-geography SAP programs and transformations.
Minimum Work Experience:
- 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading large-scale SAP implementations or transformations.
- Strong understanding of both SAP functional and technical components.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations.
