About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Electrical & Instrumentation Project Engineer - JUNIOR to manage end-to-end project execution—from engineering and vendor coordination to delivery, commissioning, and final handover. This role is focused on HVAC E&I systems for oil and gas projects and requires coordination with multiple internal teams and sub-vendors to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Engineering Phase:

• Engineering of Electrical & Instrumentation Systems (MCC Panels, PLC Panels, DDC Panels & Field Instruments) for the HVAC System for Oil & Gas Projects.
• Support to E & I team for the review and finalize the Technical Requirements based on Client specifications, datasheets, and Project technical requirements.
• Participate in the Development and Validating Process of Electrical and Instrumentation drawings (Load List, Load Schedule, SLD, GA, Wiring Diagrams, Loop Diagrams, P & ID, IO List, Cable Schedules, etc.).
• Coordinate with Sub-Vendors for Technical offers, Datasheets, and Equipment selection (Power panels, Control Panels & Field Sensors/Transmitters, etc.).
• Participate in Design reviews, Area of Classification selection, and Constructability studies.
• Ensure Designs meet the relevant codes/standards (IEC, NEC, ATEX etc.) & Company (ADNOC/ARAMCO/Other Oil & Gas End user) Specifications & requirements.
• Interface with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, process) for integrated design.

Execution Phase:

• Coordinate internally for HVAC power load finalization and IO signal integration
• Support technical and commercial evaluation for vendor finalization
• Monitor and control sub-vendor activities, including document submission, procurement, FAT arrangements, and delivery follow-ups
• Arrange FAT with clients or third-party inspectors and manage punch list clearance
• Liaise with procurement and expedite PO release and material delivery

Testing & Commissioning and Final Hand over:

• Plan and coordinate to arrange Site Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities.
• To support the team for SAT and Final Handover documentation.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in E&I project engineering for oil & gas/HVAC systems

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Power Panels, PLC/DDC Control Panels & Control systems.
• Basic knowledge in HVAC Field Instrumentation & Hazardous Area Classification.
• Familiar with international codes (IEC, IEEE, NEC, ISA, API, etc.).
• Familiar with End Clients (ADNOC, ARAMCO, Other Oil & Gas End Users) will be an added advantage.
