The Painting manager ensures that all Insulation, painting and coating activities carried out on-site are executed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and industry best practices. Qualifications And Skills

• Education: DME | BE- Mech | Chemical
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 13-25 years of experience in Construction, fabrication
  • Experience in managing a team in a high-paced, heavy-industrial setting.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse and material handling.
    
  Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fabrication yard environment, including exposure to outdoor elements.
  • Ability to lift and move materials within safety limits.
