Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Coordinator located in salalah oman. The Tour Coordinator will be responsible for organizing guided tours, providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients, managing events, and driving sales to enhance the overall tour experiences.

Qualifications

• English and Arabic speaking

• Guided Tours and Event Management skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Sales skills
• Experience in the tourism & hospitality industry
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Salalah's attractions and landmarks is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
