Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Immigration Counselor located in Muscat. The Immigration Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to customers, conducting career counseling sessions, assisting with educational planning, and offering personalized advice. The role also involves communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with educational institutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Counseling and Career Counseling
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience in the Immigration domain
- Knowledge of immigration processes and regulations is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
- Bachelor's degree in any field
