We are seeking a visionary and strategic Creative Director to lead the creative direction of our brand. This role blends leadership, innovation, and hands-on creativity to craft compelling visual and storytelling experiences that resonate with our customers and align with business objectives. You will oversee all aspects of brand identity, content, design, and campaign execution across digital and physical touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the brand's creative vision, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary creative team including designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue.
  • Oversee the production of creative assets including visuals for social media, digital marketing, packaging, branding, menus, in-store displays, and more.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Approve final designs, copy, and campaign concepts before deployment.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, cultural shifts, and new technologies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Partner with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed to scale creative output.
  • Manage creative budgets and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field; Master's is a plus.
  • 6+ years of creative leadership experience, ideally in the food, hospitality, or lifestyle sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact creative campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of brand, digital, and print projects.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, design thinking, and creative direction best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-location or multi-brand environments is a plus.
