• Perform all spa treatments on the Spa Alila menu
• Understand Spa Alila's products and their healing benefits
• Deliver treatments with focus and dedication
• Participate in training sessions including language, product knowledge, operation standards, and therapies
• Adapt quickly and professionally to changes in therapies and guest needs
• Maintain personal grooming and hygiene; present yourself well
• Continuously learn and be receptive to new therapies and products
• Follow hotel and spa policies and procedures
• Keep treatment areas and stations clean and prepared
• Learn additional language skills confidently
• Meet training requirements
• Report guest comments and work-related issues to spa management
