Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Consultant/Property Consultant located in Muscat. The Telesales Consultant/Property Consultant will be responsible for daily sales consulting, customer communication, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also be involved in training sessions to stay up-to-date with market trends and company products, ensuring effective sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Sales Consulting and Sales skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to participate in and benefit from Training sessions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Experience in real estate, Insurance or call center is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
