Scope of Position

The Spa Therapist/Yoga Instructor is responsible for performing all spa treatments professionally and pleasantly, as trained. They provide personal assistance for individual and group bookings, including private yoga, meditation, and sound healing sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as instructed by the Spa Treatments Manager.
  • Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and hygiene in the work area at all times.
  • Ensure a high standard of service throughout the Spa.
  • Assist in the operations of all spa & wellness departments, including:
  • Spa Treatment Rooms
  • Spa Reception
  • Spa Retail
  • Spa Pantry
  • Consultation Lounge
  • Spa Thermal & Changing Facilities
  • Tea Lounges
  • Maintain attention to detail and cleanliness in treatment rooms during shifts.
  • Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
  • Arrive 15 minutes before shifts to prepare adequately.
  • Perform duties professionally, with a friendly attitude, and conduct all responsibilities as directed.
  • Deliver treatments to the highest standards, ensuring guest comfort.
  • Be punctual for appointments, reviewing schedules before and after treatments.
  • Interact courteously with guests and answer all related questions.
  • Attend daily and monthly meetings as needed.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions.
  • Report equipment issues promptly.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies for treatment rooms.
