Land Surveyor Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Land Surveyor Assistant to join our team in Al Buraymi. In this role, you will work closely with our licensed land surveyors to assist in measuring and mapping land features for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month and includes accommodation. No prior experience is required as we will provide on-the-job training, but an interest in the field of land surveying is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed land surveyors in conducting field surveys, measurements, and mapping using specialized equipment
- Set up and maintain survey equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Use computer software to input and analyze survey data
- Help create detailed reports and drawings based on collected data
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on construction sites
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills and stay up-to-date with industry standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to use measurement tools accurately
- Basic knowledge of computer software such as AutoCAD or GIS preferred
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
