Courier Supervisor (Pakistani Nationals) - Al Buraymi, Oman

We are urgently hiring a Courier Supervisor to oversee our courier operations in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of packages and documents to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of couriers and ensuring that all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of our courier services in Al Buraymi
- Supervise a team of couriers, ensuring they follow proper delivery procedures
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure all shipments are delivered on time
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and transactions
- Train new couriers on company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery processes
- Evaluate courier performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to courier services

Requirements:

- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or courier industry
- Good knowledge of Al Buraymi city and surrounding areas
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu/Hindi (English is not required)
- Basic computer skills for record keeping purposes
