Day to Day, you will…

• Demonstrate a track record of meeting and exceeding challenging monthly targets.
• Thrive in a dynamic and result-oriented environment.
• Support Direct Sales Team members in lead generation and closing deals.
• Collaborate effectively to achieve overall team objectives.
• Track and report monthly achievements for assigned direct sales team members.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches to promote our products/services.
• Handle customer objections and provide accurate information to address inquiries.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads.
• Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits.
• Identify and qualify potential leads to contribute to the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.

This might be for you if…

• Have experience of working in a call center for a bank or financial institution (1+ year) or any other industry (2+ years)
• Are energetic, ambitious and result oriented to work in a challenging environment.
• Have a data base or portfolio of existing SME clients.
• Are fluent in English (mandatory) and Arabic (preferred) or any other language.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

Bonus points for

• Previous banking sales experience.
• Familiarity with HubSpot.
