The project:

As part of its 2040 strategy to promote cultural and artistic innovations, a state-of-the-art centre for arts and culture is being built. The centre will include facilities such as F&B outlets, cinema, and art clubs.

We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Senior Commercial Manager to join our established and growing team in Oman.

The Project Manager Procurement will lead projects to deliver outcomes within time, cost, and quality parameters. They will coordinate with all relevant parties to understand and meet project objectives and KPIs, providing day-to-day management and leadership of the project and team. They will ensure internal fee expectations are met, alongside risk mitigation and change management.

The role involves managing project timelines and budgets, collaborating with stakeholders, managing procurement, documenting changes, and ensuring effective communication and coordination among all parties. The manager will also promote sustainable practices and contribute to net zero carbon goals.

You'll also have:

  • MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE (or working towards) or local equivalent.
  • Experience in project management roles, especially in construction delivery phases.
  • Qualifications in project management or related disciplines, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card or local equivalent.
