Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Attendant located in Muscat. The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas. Daily tasks include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and vacuuming floors. The role also involves laundering guest items and hotel linens, responding to guest requests, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and hygiene throughout the hotel.

Qualifications
  • Experience with HK , Laundry and general housekeeping duties
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Organization Skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in Training new staff is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
