Hotel Sales Manager vacancy in Salalah Oman
Hotel Sales Manager for International Boutique Hotel in Salalah, Oman. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxury boutique hotel in Salalah, Oman. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel services to potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your main goal will be to increase hotel revenue through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build relationships through networking and sales calls
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Train and supervise junior sales team members
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and market trends
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
