About Us:

Be part of history as we launch Oman's first-ever indoor tennis club We know how that Oman's unforgiving summers can make it hard to continue playing and coaching, and we want you to be able to do what you love all year round. That's why we created The Tennis Club, Oman's first and only indoor tennis academy. Our club is dedicated to providing a world-class tennis facility with ITF-compliant courts for players of all ages and skill levels.

We're on the lookout for a dynamic, passionate, and highly skilled tennis coach to join the team and help us shape the future of tennis in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality individual and group coaching sessions
• Develop personalized training plans for players of all levels
• Mentor and support junior players, fostering talent and sportsmanship
• Promote the club's programs and contribute to community outreach
• Ensure a safe, positive, and motivating environment on and off the court
• Collaborate with the management team on program development and club events

Qualifications:

• Certified Tennis Coach (ITF, PTR, or equivalent)
• Proven coaching experience with juniors and adults
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm for developing tennis in a growing market
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Preferred:

• Strength in fitness/conditioning training is a plus
