Overview

Hiring Aviation Ground Staff with knowledge in Ground Operations, Customer Management, and Front Office roles, requiring Higher Secondary or equivalent education.

Qualifications
  • Experience in casual or fine dining for waiter or waitress positions (5 star restaurant).
  • Experience in overseeing restaurant operations, guest service, reservations, staff training, and monitoring food quality.
  • Skills in restaurant service, management, and consultation; educational qualifications in higher secondary or equivalent (as indicated).
  • Team-oriented, with strong communication, guest relations, upselling, and multitasking abilities.
  • Collaboration and adherence to policies; maintaining cleanliness in service areas.
  • Knowledge or interest in aviation ground staff roles with grounding in ground operations, customer management, and front office (educational requirement: higher secondary or equivalent).
