We are now looking for another team mate to join us in the Logistics & Supply Chain department as a Forklift Operator based in Salalah, Dhofar.

What you'll be doing:

• Operate Forklift for pallet picks.
• Flexibility as production needs vary.
• Replenishment to other locations.
• Responsible for vertical movement for logistic operations to/from trucks and trailers and proper storage.
• Clean, maintain and secure all equipment as directed by policies and procedures.
• Close interaction with the team for the movement of materials, supplies, equipment and setting.
• Clean equipment as scheduled and/or required.
• Ensure equipment is safely and securely stored.
• Data entry of shipments.
• Move in-process materials and finished stock to/from production areas.

Major Activities in the Plant:

• Maintaining FG warehouse.
• Stacking the FG goods on appropriate bays on approved height limit.
• Maintain minimum distance between stacks and bays.
• Loading of all export shipments – Plaster Board.
• Container Loading – Palletized and Manual.
• Truck loading.
• Strapping and palletizing of boards.
• Palletized boards loading into containers.
• Supplying boards to the manual loading containers.
• Remove the damaged boards identified while loading and record it in dispatch reject register.
• Segregating and removing the damaged boards while loading into the containers.
• Offloading all import containers of raw materials.
• Shifting of all raw materials internally as per production requirement.

What we'd love for you to have:

• Local Omani national is a must.
• 1-2 years of experience driving a forklift.
• English and Arabic speaking.
