A Marketing and Communication Director plays a crucial role in shaping and managing a company's public image and marketing strategies.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Develop and Implement Marketing & Communications Strategies: Create and execute effective communication strategies to build customer loyalty, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Manage Budgets: Oversee the marketing communications budget and ensure program milestones are met.
  3. Team Leadership: Direct and manage the marketing and communications team and their daily activities.
  4. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing materials and branding strategies.
  5. Market Research: Conduct market research to track the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
  6. Public Relations: Coordinate public relations activities, including media relations and influencer partnerships and managing PR agency.
  7. Brand Consistency: Ensure all company communications and marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
  8. Digital Presence: Plan and manage content for the company's online platforms and print publications.
  9. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  10. Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional media, to reach target audiences.
  11. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and community leaders.

Job Profile:

Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background: A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  1. 8+ years of experience in related industries.
  2. Proven experience in managing Marketing & Communications strategies and campaigns, as well as leading a team of communications professionals.
  3. Strong writing and editing skills, crisis communications experience, and the ability to create and execute effective media plans.

  8. Brand Management: Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
  9. Crisis Management: Skills to handle and mitigate communication crises effectively.
  10. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments and stakeholders.
  11. Creativity: Creativity in developing innovative marketing campaigns and communication strategies.

Business Understanding:

  1. Understanding the cable manufacturing industry.
  2. Good understanding of customer service support activities and corporate branding.
  3. Understanding the competitive products in the markets.
  4. Arabic speaking and writing are a plus.
