About the Role

As a Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that meet our standards in taste, presentation, and consistency. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and contribute to a great dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
  2. Support day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure timely service
  3. Maintain high standards in food taste, presentation, and consistency
  4. Assist in managing stock levels and kitchen inventory
  5. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  6. Keep kitchen equipment clean, maintained, and ready for use
  7. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain workflow and quality
  8. Follow shift schedules and communicate proactively with supervisors
  9. Help control waste and optimize kitchen efficiency
  10. Cater to special food requests when possible to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  1. Previous experience in a professional kitchen or food preparation role
  2. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  3. Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
  5. Team-oriented with good communication and time management skills
  6. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
