Looking for experienced Senior Concept Engineers to provide technical leadership for managing complex, integrated oil and gas fields in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

·Lead and deliver Conceptual Engineering for integrated Oil & Gas field developments.

·Provide specialist Process Engineering support within opportunity maturation teams.

·Deliver optimized Concept Selection Reports (CSR) and preliminary Basis for Design (BfD).

·Define project scope and work plans for subsequent phases (FEED/DD).

·Oversee and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring stakeholder involvement.

·Ensure compliance with ALARP HSE standards, asset integrity, and operability requirements.

·Facilitate project assurance events such as workshops and peer reviews.

·Offer expert concept engineering support, including mentorship for junior staff.

·Implement lean principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

·Conduct GHG calculations and contribute to net-zero emission initiatives.

Qualifications:

·Minimum 12 years of experience in Exploration & Production, with at least 5 years in Engineering Design Consulting for oil and gas facilities.

·Familiarity with oil, gas, water, and condensate systems; experience with sour hydrocarbons and EOR is a plus.

·MSc in Engineering, along with membership in a relevant professional institute, will be an added advantage.

·Proficient in industry-standard process simulation software (e.g., PIPESIM, UNISYM).

·Knowledge of international standards, particularly Shell DEPs, is preferred.
