Job Title: Project Manager - Constructions

Employment Type: One Year Extendable

Job Summary:

Manage on-site delivery of the assigned development projects to ensure alignment with agreed timelines, technical specifications & designs, project budget, as well as alignment with overall strategic and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide inputs for defining the project scope and objectives that meet strategic goals of the organization by involving all relevant stakeholders.
  2. Manage the delivery of all outputs related to the project, ensuring all activities are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  3. Manage all phases of assigned projects, including project setup, design integrity, and interface between different project components.
  4. Oversee project setup, site mobilization, and demobilization to ensure resources, manpower, site preparations, and logistics are organized effectively.
  5. Act as an interface between different departments to ensure efficient coordination across all stakeholders.
  6. Regularly review the quality of work completed with the project team to ensure adherence to project standards.
  7. Assist in the selection of consultants and contractors, monitor their performance, and ensure compliance with the project plan.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure the creation and maintenance of mandatory documents in line with policies, standards, and procedures.
  9. Ensure compliance with contract, HSE management systems, procedures, and QA standards.
  10. Address and resolve key issues and variances in the project schedule, recommending corrective actions promptly.
  11. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification methods.
  12. Perform risk assessments to minimize project risks, in coordination with the risk and compliance department, supporting implementation of audit recommendations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institution.

10-12 years of experience managing mixed-use developments, with demonstrated leadership, management, and mentoring of multiple project teams.
