Rajab Al Kathiti and Partners Law Firm was founded in 1987 and is a renowned legal and consulting firm in the Sultanate of Oman. We have over 35 years of legal experience in the Sultanate of Oman. Our network of offices, which spans the entire Sultanate and includes our main office in Muscat, branches in select Sultanate cities and regions, and associate offices in the GCC, other Arab nations, and overseas territories, allows us to offer our legal services.
The selected candidate will advise clients on corporate matters, draft, review, and negotiate a range of corporate documents, and represent the company in corporate matters. A thorough understanding of corporate law is required for this role, along with exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Corporate Lawyer Duties and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a range of corporate matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements, corporate records, and other financial documents, among other types of documents.
- Incorporate strategies that safeguard the company's interests in business dealings.
- Observe and advise on adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Represent the company corporate meetings, and negotiations,.
- Monitor and advise on compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
Corporate Lawyer Requirements and Qualifications
· Master in law from an accredited law school
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in Corporate law
· Able to work independently and as a part of a legal team
· Strong analytical and research skills
· Good negotiation, arbitration and communications skills are required.
· Fluency in English is required in writing and speaking
· Excellent people management skills are required.
