Responsibilities

• Willing and able to perform all spa treatments featured on the Spa Alila menu
• Must possess a solid understanding of Spa Alila's products and their healing benefits
• Perform each treatment consistently and from the heart
• Participate in training including Japanese and English language classes, product knowledge, operation standards, service, and all therapeutic trainings
• Adapt quickly and professionally to changes in therapies and flows as training and development are provided
• Adapt to each guest's wellness needs professionally
• Maintain personal grooming and hygiene, including healthy eating and hydration
• Present yourself well-groomed at all times
• Be passionate and receptive to learning new therapies and products
• Understand and obey hotel and spa policies and procedures
• Ensure all stations, treatment rooms, public areas, and storerooms are prepared and maintained to standards
• Keep treatment areas clean before guest arrival
• Continue to learn additional language skills and use them confidently
• Meet the minimum requirements of the training matrix
• Communicate guest and colleague feedback to spa managers for solutions
