Planning & Reporting Engineer

The service holder is responsible for the scheduling, planning, and progress measurement activities for the Marsa LNG Plant during the Execution phase, and for the reporting at project level all along the course of the Project. As such, the service holder is responsible for:
- Supervising, controlling, and coordinating the activities related to Work Packages scheduling and planning and progress measurement; this includes active participation in the development of the project integrated schedule supervision and progress measurement activities.
- Developing and maintaining schedules at Project level, with analysis of critical path and potential clashes and proposal of remedial actions/solutions.
- Ensuring availability at all times of an updated and accurate scheduling and progress measurement documentation.
- Ensuring reporting at Project level (for issuance of Weekly reports, Monthly Reports, preparation of internal follow-up meetings, and shareholders meetings). The service holder shall observe and impose strict confidentiality throughout the course of the Project.
- The service holder reports to the Project Control Lead and is accountable for demonstrating exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE rules & requirements and for implementing and controlling HSSE rules within his area of responsibility.
Professional Experience (years): 10-15
Experience in similar position (years): 5-10
Level / Diploma: Engineer, or Master or equivalent required by the Omani Immigration.
Perfect knowledge of PRIMAVERA mandatory.
Languages: English mandatory.
