Job Description

Position Objective: This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of their section, serving clients, and introducing and promoting special drinks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare requisitions for bar products.
  • Conduct daily stock control to prevent shortages.
  • Keep the beverage area clean and tidy.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and appearance.
  • Ensure fridges are stocked.
  • Prepare fresh products daily, such as juices and decoration items.
  • Serve beverages during service hours.
  • Have knowledge of special drinks, including cocktails.
  • Ability to create a beverage menu.
  • Keep utensils clean and shining at all times.
