Strategic Role Overview

KILONEWTONS is hiring a Finance Manager to lead our financial operations in Muscat, Oman. This key leadership position requires 5+ years of progressive finance experience, expertise in financial strategy, and a proven track record in financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting

Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements compliant with IFRS

Develop financial models for business growth and investment decisions

Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions

Lead annual audit processes and liaise with external auditors

Implement financial controls and risk management strategies

Analyze financial performance and present to senior management

Ensure compliance with Oman tax laws and financial regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred)

5+ years in financial management (GCC experience required)

Expertise In

  • ERP Systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot)
  • Financial Modeling (DCF, Valuation, Scenario Analysis) In-depth knowledge of:
  • IFRS reporting standards
  • Corporate tax regulations in Oman
  • Financial risk assessment
