Job Title: Quantity Surveyor & Cost Estimator

Vacancy: 1 Vacancy

Job Description
  1. Provide cost engineering services including review of bids and quotations from vendors and evaluate and awards.
  2. Responsible for producing Control Cost Estimates based on contract terms and conditions.
  3. Providing designs personnel with Cost Estimate input.
  4. Provide post contract management 'Quantity Surveying Services' in Oil & Gas industry.
  5. Site measurement, quantifying and reporting on all construction materials, day man-hours and activities, plant & equipment use and the like for accounts against contract terms and conditions.
  6. Establishment of star rates, providing commercial / Contractual site information in preparation of variations.
  7. Evaluating claims submitted by sub-contractors.
Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Shall have minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in pre and post contract management of which 5 years in a similar position and GCC Oil & Gas environment.

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Engineering / QS Degree

Preferred: Candidates who worked at Mechanical or Electrical Projects such as Piping projects.
