Extruder Operator

Key Deliverables

• Produce cables with the correct specifications by following Quality Compliance Plan (QCP) at rated speeds.
• Perform setup jobs efficiently and effectively by following operating instructions and procedures.
• Follow all safety procedures and requirements.
• Check mandates to ensure cable orders meet specifications on the machine.
• Update and input data into the MES system.
• Communicate with the supervisor regarding any issues.

Job Profile

Qualifications and Experience

• Secondary School diploma
• Vocational training
• 3 to 5 years of experience operating extruder machines

Skills/Knowledge

• Basic understanding of production and quality processes
• In-process testing skills
• Basic technical skills
