The Ministry of Energy and Minerals is pleased to announce the launch of the on-the-job training program within the Majd Local Content Program. This initiative aims to enable graduates to gain practical experience and hone their professional skills in the workplace. Please note that this program is not linked to employment, but offers a valuable opportunity to acquire practical experience across various disciplines within the program.

* A monthly bonus is paid to participants of the program.*

Admission Requirements
  1. The applicant must be a graduate of a university or college within the past four years.
  2. The cumulative GPA must be 3.0 or higher.
  3. Successful passing of a personal interview conducted to select trainees.
  4. Commitment to preparing a report and presentation about the training period, due one week before its conclusion.

The training duration is typically 3-6 months, with the possibility of renewal depending on the nature of the work and the project assigned to the trainee.
