Teacher of MFL

We are seeking a dedicated and reflective practitioner to join our team as a Teacher of MFL. The ideal candidate will:

1. Create Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver inspiring lessons aligned with the school's curriculum, policies, and external assessment requirements. Differentiate learning to support each student's progress.
2. Support and Assess Progress: Regularly evaluate students' learning and provide targeted feedback to promote growth and challenge.
3. Build a Positive Learning Environment: Foster a classroom where students feel valued, supported, and motivated to take risks in their learning.
4. Collaborate and Share Best Practices: Work with colleagues, share strategies, and engage in professional development to maintain high teaching standards.
5. Contribute to School Life: Participate in co-curricular activities and school initiatives to enrich the educational experience.
6. Collaborate with Parents: Maintain open communication to support students' development and well-being.

Candidate Requirements:

• Enhanced disclosure from the DBS or equivalent, with a commitment to child welfare.
• A degree and PGCE or B.Ed or equivalent, with at least two years of post-qualification teaching experience in the relevant subject.
• Experience teaching GCSE and A Level.
• Proficiency with ICT in teaching.
• High expectations for all students and a commitment to their overall development.
• Open-minded, eager to learn and develop, passionate about teaching.
• Experience in a high-performing international school is advantageous.
