We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sr. Sales Specialist to join our growing team. He/She will be responsible for driving revenue by selling our digital advertising solutions to agencies, direct clients, and brand partners. This role requires a strong understanding of the media landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities with advertisers, media agencies, and brands.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Develop customized proposals and media plans based on client objectives.
- Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to showcase DOOH solutions and demonstrate value propositions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the DOOH and wider media industry.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in media, advertising, or digital industries (experience in DOOH is a strong advantage).
- Strong network of advertising agency and direct client contacts is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of digital advertising trends, metrics, and technology.
