Ourclient, a prominent organization in the energy sector, is seeking an experiencedSenior SAP Consultant (SAP Basis)to join their Information & Digitalization Department. This role is critical in supporting large-scale SAP transformations, system integrations, and technical enhancement projects across a complex SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support technical projects including SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation, SAP system migrations, and SAP Fieldglass/SuccessFactors integrations.
  • Perform system installations, upgrades (SPS, DB, OS), and patch management across SAP systems.
  • Manage and monitor SAP environments including ECC, HANA, SRM, BW/BI, Solution Manager, GRC, SAP Portal, and integrated non-SAP systems.
  • Conduct complex troubleshooting and resolve escalated technical issues ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Support SAP audits, security vulnerability fixes (ONAPSIS), and configure Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and other security features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, networking, DB, and application support.

Skills

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant.
  • Certified in SAP HANA, OS/DB Migration, Solution Architecture (BTP), and S/4HANA Conversion.
  • Proven expertise in SAP system migrations, cloud integration (AWS/Azure), and managing hybrid on-prem/cloud environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AIX, Oracle, HANA DB, Red Hat, and SAP tools like Solution Manager, CHARM, SAP BO, and SAP Web Dispatcher.
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass, SuccessFactors EC Payroll, and OpenText VIM implementations.
  • Familiarity with security auditing tools (e.g., ONAPSIS) and performance tuning of SAP systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to lead technical planning for large-scale upgrades and SAP implementations.
  • Strong documentation, project coordination, and change control skills.
  • Experience with SAP cloud ALM and early watch alert report
