Wood is recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to join its Projects team focusing on delivering across FEED and Detail design scopes of work. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing less complex engineering deliverables including philosophies, reports, specifications, calculations, data sheets, and technical requisitions.
- Performing conventional, less complex engineering assignments that may involve equipment or product design, testing of materials, preparation of specifications, process studies or research investigations.
- Creating designs, drawings and specifications typically involving existing technology and applications.
- Under general supervision, evaluating, selecting and applying standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria.
Position is based in Oman for a long-term assignment.
