As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining cranes at construction sites, ports, and other locations. Your primary focus will be on loading and unloading materials, equipment, and structures, as well as moving heavy objects. You will also conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure the crane is functioning properly and adhere to all safety guidelines.

• Operate various types of cranes such as mobile cranes, tower cranes, and crawler cranes
• Read and interpret load charts to determine the safe lifting capacity of the crane
• Use hand signals or radios to communicate with ground crew during lifts
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on the crane to ensure it is in good working condition
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating the crane
• Report any malfunctions or issues with the crane to supervisors immediately

• Prior experience as a crane operator is preferred but not required
• Must have a valid crane operator's license or certification from a recognized institution
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as necessary
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Good communication skills in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
• Willing to work flexible hours and overtime if needed
