Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waiter located in Delhi, India. The Head Waiter will be responsible for overseeing the dining area, managing the waitstaff, ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating food service, and maintaining smooth communication between the kitchen and the dining area.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Communication, and Food & Beverage skills
- Experience in Food Service and Cooking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of menu items and willingness to learn about new dishes
- High School diploma or equivalent
